The Sowing

Part of Almanac's bi-annual Harvest series

Newly planted works of body and song being nourished in the soil of our attention. Contemporary folk dancing for contemporary folk. Easy conversation and the libations of springtime. Almanac's beloved bi-annual low key showcase returns this February for one more faithful turning of the great wheel.

Welcome spring by enjoying drinks in a lively atmosphere with raw performances still in the making. Audience will also have the opportunity to give feedback about each piece by mingling post-show.

And as always, a performance by Almanac with our week-long resident artist- this spring, it's Emily Schuman. (You may recognize her from our "fringe hit" Exile 2588) and a group folk dance at the end of the evening.

We look forward to seeing you there!
